After arriving in Bali in 2010, chef Josh has built a reputation for creating restaurants and brands that are synonymous with the Bali dining scene, with Bistro Anwa and The Rooftop Bar, being no different. From the all day brunch menu to sunset pizza and pasta, there truly is something for everyone.
