BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing Anwa Bali for your holiday!

Please find below conditions and policies related to your booking.

​

BOOKING PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION:

 

  • For your security, payments are made through secure booking servers.

  • We require 50% deposit of total payment at time of reservation to secure booking, this may be non-refundable. See cancellation policy for more details.

  • Balance of booking can be made on arrival at Anwa Bali.

  • Bookings for Anwa Bali exclusive offers or promotions are subject to the terms and conditions for the particular offer. Offers may be on request and subject to availability and are only available to new bookings at time of confirmation.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:

​

  • Check-in is from 2pm. If you require an earlier check-in, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. Although this cannot be guaranteed, we can look after your luggage and you are welcome to use our extensive facilities while we prepare your room for you.

  • Check-out is at 11am. If you would like a later check-out, please contact us and we will accommodate if possible. Additional charges may apply.

  • Please note that children aged 8 years and older, will be charged an additional IDR 200,000 per night and aged below 8 years are free of charge. We can accommodate a maximum of 2 additional children per room, with additional bedding provided.

CHANGES TO BOOKING:

 

  • Some amendments to your booking can be made online if you booked directly with us. If you would like to make any other changes to your booking or if your booked through a third-party platform, please contact us by email info@anwa-bali.com or by calling +62 361 934 6609 to see if we can accommodate.

  • It is unlikely that we will need to amend or cancel your booking once it is confirmed, but in the event of something happening outside of our control, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible, and make necessary refund or reduction.

  • We reserve the right to make insignificant changes to your booking if we find it necessary without liability.

  • Details on our website are regularly checked for accuracy, however, publishing mistakes may occur. In such rare instances we reserve the right to modify or cancel your booking up to the point of travel. You will receive a refund for any cancellations to the total amount already paid, and no further compensation will be received. 

  • We do our utmost to ensure all Anwa Bali information is accurate, however hotel facilities may change at any time and any opinions expressed are subjective.

  • Anwa Bali cannot be held liable for errors or omissions in bookings, either made by the facilities, or as a result of system failure of any kind.

  • Anwa Bali reserves its right of admission and the ability to ask guests to leave during their stay if they see it appropriate for the safety of their staff and other guests.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

 

  • At Anwa Bali we do absolutely everything we can to protect your personal safety, however, accidents do happen, and we do not accept liability where any form of loss or damage whether by reason of death, injury, illness or otherwise. Any such loss caused by unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised or where any loss or damage is due to an event which we could not have either foreseen or forestalled. ANWA Resort does not accept any liability for any failure by hotel to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  • ANWA also take great care to protect your belongings whilst on the property and we have 24hour security patrolling the secure site. However, we do not accept any liability for the damage, loss or theft of belongings.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

 

  • By making a booking with us you agree that you are only making a legitimate reservation for use by you and your intended guests, and not for any other purposes, for example to resell.

  • For your own protection, you and all members of your party must have suitable insurance (including insurance to cover the costs of cancellation of your holiday and the costs of assisting you if you or your party has an accident or becomes ill) for the full period of your holiday. 

  • To adhere to government guidelines, we require all foreign guests to Indonesia to provide a passport for verification and copy at check-in.

  • To adhere to the governing laws of Indonesia, whilst a guest at Anwa Bali.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

  • You can cancel your booking up to 28 days prior to your arrival date and we will provide a full refund of any payments made by that date.

  • Cancellations made after this date, and up to 14 days prior to booking will forfeit the 50% deposit, but any additional payments will be refunded. Please contact us directly for any extenuating circumstances or to see if it is possible to change dates of booking instead at info@anwa-bali.com or by calling +62 361 934 6609. 

  • Cancellations as a result of COVID-19 impact- in case that government regulations restrict the opportunity to travel and you are forced to cancel your reservation, we will reimburse you 100% of any payments made. We firstly suggest you contact us at info@anwa-bali.com or by calling +62 361 934 6609 to see if there is a possibility to delay your booking to a later date.
